We have two rooms, each with two twin beds.  They are both located on the first floor.  They offer a small outside porch and full bathrooms, one of which is fully handicap accessible. Guests also have use of the common areas including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room (TV and DVD player), sitting rooms, screened porches, balcony and outdoor deck spaces.  Expect great views!!  There is also a gas fire pit on the deck, and a gas grill for your use. Wifi is available throughout the building.
